Every year the Solon Springs Lions Club Hosts an all you can eat smelt fry for the local community.
Prevost's Restaurant in Solon Springs provides their kitchen and dining area for this annual event.
All proceeds are used for local community projects as well as local, State and National donations given to help those in need.
